Two customers for a locker network
For shoppers, a locker is chosen during checkout on the retailer site, which means the network commercial position depends entirely on being integrated there with accurate location and availability data. For location hosts — shops, petrol stations, residential buildings — a locker is floor space given up in exchange for footfall and a fee, and almost no operator presents that case. Returns through lockers are increasingly expected and often unsupported.
What we build for an operator
First, a location map with size options and live availability, which is the data retailers embed at checkout. Second, retailer integration documented, since network growth depends on being easy to add to a storefront. Third, host proposals with footfall benefit, space requirements and commercial terms, because network expansion depends on them. Fourth, returns handling through lockers, now an expectation that decides which network a retailer selects.
