What industrial buyers evaluate
An engineering manager considering automation is assessing risk on a line that currently works. They want to see the same process automated somewhere else, what changed in measurable terms, how long the installation took, and how much production stopped. A capabilities list of brands and protocols does not address any of that, and every competitor has the same list, so the choice reverts to price on a purchase where price is the least important variable.
What we build for an automation integrator
First, solution pages organised by process, not by technology — packaging, dosing, quality inspection — because that is how the problem is experienced. Second, reference projects with measurable outcomes and installation duration, including downtime, which is the buyer's main fear. Third, integration capability stated plainly: which control systems, which ERP, which existing equipment. Fourth, structured enquiries capturing line type, throughput and constraint, so scoping starts from facts.
