How outdoor space is bought
An advertiser buying billboards chooses specific locations based on traffic, visibility and proximity to their business, then needs to know which are free in the period they want. Operators send spreadsheets and photographs by email, manage availability in a file, and sell the same site twice. Advertisers also require proof of posting, which currently arrives as photographs by messenger weeks later.
What we build for an operator
First, an inventory map with each site photographed, measured and traffic-rated, since location is the entire product and a spreadsheet cannot sell it. Second, live availability by period with booking, which prevents double sales and lets an advertiser commit immediately. Third, pricing by location, format and period published, because media planners build proposals from numbers and cannot wait for a quote. Fourth, automated proof of posting with dated photography, the deliverable every advertiser demands and every operator handles manually.
