What a construction market lacks
Construction markets concentrate an enormous range of materials and are almost impossible to navigate: a builder cannot tell which vendor sells what, at what price, or who has stock, so every purchase involves driving and haggling. Vendors cannot reach beyond their own aisle. Delivery is arranged individually per vendor, which means a builder buying from four sellers arranges four deliveries to the same site.
What we build for one
First, a vendor directory by material category with locations, which is the navigation the market structurally lacks. Second, indicative pricing by material, since comparison is why builders drive around. Third, consolidated delivery across vendors to one site, the service that saves a contractor a day and that nobody currently offers. Fourth, stall leasing with terms and footfall, because filling units is the operator business.
