How kiosk retail competes
A kiosk exists because it is closer or open later than the alternative, and that advantage only works if people searching nearby can find it. Operators with several points have a second problem: each kiosk has its own range and hours, tracked in a notebook, with no way to see what sells where. Quick delivery to nearby addresses is an obvious extension nobody builds.
What we build for a kiosk operator
First, a page per point with location, hours and range, since local search is the only channel this format has. Second, quick delivery within a short radius, which is cheap to run and captures customers who will not walk. Third, multi-point management, so range and pricing across kiosks are controlled rather than improvised. Fourth, loyalty tied to a phone number, because a kiosk customer is a daily customer and currently anonymous.
