How pools are used and sold
A pool has a hard capacity limit per session, and the only way a swimmer can currently discover it is to arrive. Lessons have their own schedule, their own instructors and their own age groups, usually arranged by phone. On top of that sits paperwork — medical certificates and their expiry dates — tracked on paper at reception, which slows entry and occasionally lets an expired one through. None of this is visible online, so demand cannot be shaped.
What we build for a swimming pool
First, session booking with capacity limits and lane types, so swimmers know before travelling and load spreads across the day. Second, lesson scheduling by instructor and age group, with progress tracked across a course. Third, medical requirement handling with expiry tracking, which speeds up entry and removes a compliance risk. Fourth, subscriptions with visible balances, replacing the punch card nobody can check.
