How cloud services are adopted
A technical buyer assessing a cloud provider reads the documentation, checks the pricing model, and tries to work out what migration would involve. Providers competing against global hyperscalers cannot win on feature breadth, so they win on data residency, local support, price predictability and migration help — none of which is communicated when the site presents a service list and a sales contact.
What we build for a provider
First, public documentation with working examples, since that is where adoption decisions are actually made. Second, transparent pricing with a calculator, because unpredictable cloud bills are the complaint that drives buyers to look locally in the first place. Third, migration support presented as a service, which is the main barrier to switching. Fourth, data residency and compliance stated, plus local support terms, which is the advantage a regional provider actually has.
