How travellers find a guide
Independent travellers look for a licensed guide who speaks their language, knows the specific sites they want, and is available on their dates. They currently find guides through agencies that take a large share, or through platforms that own the relationship. A guide with no independent presence is invisible to the traveller who searched directly and would have paid the full fee.
What we build for a guide
First, tour descriptions with route, duration, languages and licensing, since those four filters decide whether a traveller contacts you at all. Second, availability booking against your own calendar, which captures travellers planning from abroad at hours you are asleep. Third, transparent pricing including entrance fees and transport, because hidden extras are the main complaint in this category. Fourth, reviews and a personal profile, since travellers choosing a guide are choosing who they spend a day with.
