What waste services get asked
Almost every contact a waste operator receives is one of four things: when is collection on my street, why was it missed, how do I get rid of something large, and how do I set up a container for my business. The first is public information that is almost never published in a usable form, the second needs a trackable complaint rather than a phone call, and the fourth is commercial revenue arriving through a channel designed for residents.
What we build for a waste operator
First, collection schedules by address, searchable rather than published as a district-wide PDF. Second, missed-collection reports with tracking, so residents can see the report landed and operations get a real dataset instead of anecdotes. Third, bulky waste and special collection requests with slots and pricing. Fourth, a separate commercial route for container hire and business contracts, which should never queue behind household enquiries.
