What export buyers verify
An importer sourcing produce qualifies suppliers before they ever write: product specification and grade, phytosanitary and quality certification, packaging, available volume per season, and delivery basis. If those are not published in a language they read, you are not on the shortlist — and no amount of relationship-building later compensates for not being there at the start. Most exporters instead rely on intermediaries who hold the buyer relationship and the margin.
What we build for an exporter
First, multilingual product pages on separate URLs with hreflang, because buyers search in English, Russian and their own market language. Second, a certificate library — phytosanitary, quality, halal where relevant — linked from every product rather than emailed on request. Third, incoterms, packaging and volumes stated, which is what turns a page into a quotable offer. Fourth, enquiry routing by volume and destination, so a container-scale buyer never queues behind a sample request.
