What drivers want from a workshop
A driver with a problem calls around until someone gives them a number and a time. Most workshops give neither: prices are "come in and we will look", and booking runs through one phone line into a paper diary at the desk. So the customer chooses whoever answered first. The second loss is invisible: scheduled maintenance that nobody reminds anyone about, so a customer who came once drifts to whichever workshop happens to be convenient next time.
What we build for a service centre
First, a repair estimator by model and job, separating parts and labour, which answers the question that decides the call. Second, online booking against bay capacity, so a slot is a real slot and the schedule stops living on paper. Third, service history tied to the plate number, giving the customer a record and you a reason to contact them. Fourth, maintenance reminders based on that history, which is the cheapest repeat business a workshop can have.
