How industrial flour is bought
A bakery or pasta producer buying flour is buying consistency: the same protein content, the same gluten behaviour, batch after batch, because their entire process is calibrated to it. They evaluate laboratory specifications, batch stability, delivery reliability and price per tonne. Mills presenting themselves with a photograph of grain and a phone number cannot be evaluated against a competitor who publishes numbers.
What we build for a mill
First, grade specifications with laboratory parameters published, since that is the technical language of every purchasing decision in this sector. Second, batch certificates accessible to customers, which is both a quality argument and a requirement for their own food safety documentation. Third, wholesale pricing and bulk ordering with delivery scheduling, because a bakery orders weekly and cannot chase a manager each time. Fourth, a client account with order history and reorder, which is what keeps a regular buyer from testing a competitor.
