Where pasta volume comes from
A pasta plant sells through distributors, retail chains and export, and the largest contracts are private label production for retailers who want their own brand. That capability is almost never presented, so retail buyers approach producers who advertised it. Buyers also need specifications, packaging options, minimum volumes and certification before any conversation about price begins.
What we build for a producer
First, the product range with specifications, packaging formats and shelf life, since buyers compare exactly those before asking for a price. Second, private label capability presented explicitly with minimum volumes and lead times, because that is where the volume contracts are. Third, wholesale pricing and ordering for distributors, with a client account replacing manual order taking. Fourth, certification and export documentation published, which is the first thing a foreign buyer checks and the reason most export enquiries stop before anyone has discussed a price or requested a sample.
