How a bread plant sells
A bakery plant supplies shops, cafes and institutions that order daily against a production cut-off, with quantities that change with weather, holidays and school terms. Every order arrives by phone or message to one overloaded person, who transcribes it into production. A single transcription error produces either unsold bread or an angry retailer, and both happen weekly.
What we build for one
First, a wholesale ordering portal with cut-off times enforced, which removes the morning phone volume and the transcription errors it produces. Second, a product catalogue with weights, shelf life and packaging, since retailers plan shelf space from exactly that. Third, delivery routes and schedules visible per customer, so shops know when to expect a van and stop calling to ask. Fourth, order history with quantity suggestions, plus certification documents, because retailers need those for their own inspections.
