How snacks get on a shelf
A snack producer competes for limited shelf space against established brands, and retail buyers decide on margin per facing, rotation, packaging formats and whether promotional support exists. Consumer marketing is irrelevant to that decision. Producers with only a consumer-facing presence never reach the buyer who makes the listing, and distributors cannot order without published trade terms.
What we build for a producer
First, trade pages with formats, case configurations and unit economics, since that is the language of a listing decision. Second, distributor ordering with wholesale pricing and delivery scheduling, which is how the product actually reaches shops. Third, private label production offered, the volume that stabilises a line between brand orders. Fourth, certification and promotional support materials published, because retailers list the products that arrive with promotional support and complete documentation already in place rather than promised later.
