What families need to trust
Arranging care at home is an anxious decision made by adult children who often live elsewhere. They need to know how carers are vetted and trained, what exactly is provided at each service level, what it costs per week, and — continuously afterwards — that visits are happening and their parent is well. That last part is where most services fail, leaving families to phone and ask.
What we build for a home care service
First, service levels defined precisely — companionship, personal care, nursing — with hourly and weekly pricing, since families cannot compare vague descriptions. Second, carer vetting, training and profiles published, which is the trust foundation of the whole service. Third, coverage area and availability, because a service that cannot reach the address is no service. Fourth, family reporting after each visit, which is the feature that converts anxious relatives into long-term clients.
