How café customers arrive
Almost nobody plans a café visit. They are nearby, hungry, and searching on a phone with one hand. What they need is immediate: are you open now, what is on the menu, how far, is there space. Everything that delays that answer loses them to the place next door. The second thing cafés lose is the regular: someone who comes three times a week and is never captured, never prompted, never offered anything for coming back.
What we build for a café
First, a one-screen answer: hours, location, menu and a tap-to-call, all above the fold and all fast. Second, a self-managed menu with prices, because a menu that is out of date is worse than no menu. Third, pre-order for pickup, which converts the morning queue into orders placed on the way. Fourth, a simple loyalty mechanic tied to a phone number or Telegram, so regulars become a list you can actually reach.
