Who walks into a national restaurant
Local guests come for a specific dish cooked a specific way and book tables for family occasions. Tourists arrive without knowing what anything is, and a menu in one language with no explanation sends them to a hotel restaurant instead. The third and most valuable stream is banquets — family celebrations that fill a hall on a Saturday — and those enquiries arrive by phone into a paper diary that only the manager can read.
What we build for one
First, a menu with dish explanations and photographs in several languages, which converts the visitor who would otherwise walk past. Second, banquet halls presented with capacity, packages and an availability calendar, since that is where the money is. Third, table booking in one flow across phone, Instagram and the site. Fourth, delivery of the dishes that travel, plus location and hours that are actually findable in local search.
