Where pizza orders go wrong
Pizza is ordered with modifications, and every modification taken by phone during a busy evening is a chance to get it wrong. Wrong orders cost a remake, a refund and a customer. Delivery timing is the second promise: customers tolerate forty minutes if they were told forty, and abandon you permanently if they were told twenty. Aggregators solve both and charge a permanent commission for the privilege.
What we build for a pizzeria
First, a pizza builder with size, base, toppings and extras priced live, which eliminates the transcription error entirely. Second, delivery zones with honest time estimates, since an accurate promise beats a fast one. Third, live order status, which removes the call that interrupts the kitchen. Fourth, saved addresses and reorder from history, because most pizza customers order the same thing and should be able to do it in three taps.
