Who buys airport services
Ground handling, cargo terminal services and fuelling are contracted by airlines and freight agents evaluating equipment, capacity, turnaround performance, certification and safety record. Passengers are a separate and much smaller audience, needing lounges, transfers and VIP services that are bought individually. Providers who present a corporate page serve neither, and airline procurement — which is formal and comparative — proceeds without them.
What we build for a provider
First, handling capability published: aircraft types served, equipment, turnaround capacity and certifications, which is what airline procurement evaluates. Second, cargo terminal services with capacity, special cargo handling and customs coordination. Third, passenger services as a bookable product — lounges, fast track, VIP, transfers — since those are sold to individuals and currently sold badly. Fourth, safety record and performance data, the differentiator in a contract award, since handling contracts are renewed on measured punctuality rather than on relationship.
