What decides an appliance brand
Appliance buyers compare specifications and price at purchase, then form their opinion of the brand entirely from what happens when something fails. Spare parts availability, authorised service coverage and warranty handling are the whole reputation, and they are usually the least documented part of a manufacturer site. Dealers, meanwhile, order through sales managers and have no self-service.
What we build for an appliance manufacturer
First, product pages with full specifications and energy data, which is the purchase comparison. Second, a service network map with authorised centres, because coverage is what a buyer checks before choosing a local brand over an imported one. Third, spare parts catalogue and availability, which is the single strongest argument for buying domestically. Fourth, a dealer portal with trade pricing and reorder, removing the sales bottleneck from distribution and letting a regional dealer order at two in the morning if that is when they do their paperwork.
