Who buys hygiene products in volume
Retail sales are the visible part of this business and rarely the profitable one. Hospitals, care homes, schools and large employers buy in volume through tenders with formal requirements: certification, specification, capacity evidence and reliable delivery. Distributors buy on trade terms and reorder constantly. Private label for retail chains is a third channel with high volume and thin visibility. A manufacturer presenting only consumer packaging is absent from all three, and competes on shelf price against importers with deeper pockets.
What we build for a manufacturer
First, product specifications with certification and test results, since institutional purchasing cannot proceed without them. Second, tender-ready documentation assembled in one place rather than rebuilt per submission. Third, distributor and institutional accounts with volume pricing, contract terms and reorder. Fourth, private label capability with minimum orders and lead times, which is where retail chains place the volume that makes a plant profitable.
