What karakul buyers evaluate
Karakul value rests on pelt colour, curl pattern and grade, and on the bloodline behind them. Both are currently established by reputation inside a small circle of traders, which caps what a breeder can charge and keeps buyers outside the region from participating at all. Breeding stock, the highest-value product, is sold on the same verbal basis with no record a distant buyer could trust.
What we build for a breeder
First, pelt grade pages with colour, pattern and grading standard, photographed consistently so grade is legible remotely. Second, bloodline and flock records, which is what turns a claim into evidence for a breeding-stock buyer. Third, available lots with volume and season. Fourth, export enquiry routing with documentation, since the buyers who pay the most for this product are not the ones who visit the farm.
