What window buyers need first
Window and door buyers are comparison shoppers by nature: the product looks identical across suppliers, so they compare on price and on how quickly someone gave them one. A site that says "call for a quote" loses to one that produced a number in thirty seconds, even an approximate one. The second bottleneck is the survey — the real first step — which is booked by phone during working hours and therefore not booked at all by people who work during working hours.
What we build for a window company
First, a configurator by opening size, profile, glazing and fittings, producing an honest estimate with the surveyor's visit as the next step. Second, online survey booking against installer availability, including evenings and weekends. Third, product pages that explain the differences between profiles and glazing units, because the buyer is trying to judge value and has nothing to judge it with. Fourth, installation scheduling with status, so the customer stops calling to ask when the fitters arrive.
