Who is actually searching
Most enquiries come from relatives, in crisis, at night, afraid of stigma and of what will happen if anyone finds out. They need practical guidance for the immediate situation, an explanation of what treatment involves and how long it takes, and absolute clarity that the enquiry is confidential. Centres that publish a service list and a price are contacted only by people who already decided, which is a small fraction of the need.
What we build for a treatment centre
First, a confidential enquiry route with the privacy policy stated explicitly, since fear of exposure is the largest barrier. Second, guidance for families facing an immediate crisis, which is the search that brings most people here. Third, programme stages explained — detoxification, rehabilitation, aftercare — with duration and what each involves. Fourth, family support and aftercare presented as part of the treatment, because relapse is the outcome everyone is actually afraid of.
