Why owners distrust managers
An owner paying a management fee sees rent arrive and occasional bills, with no visibility of what was done, which repairs were needed, how the property is performing or why a unit stood empty. That invisibility is why owners cancel and try to manage themselves. Tenants have the mirror complaint: requests go into a phone and nothing happens. Both problems are solved by the same thing, and almost no manager provides it.
What we build for a property manager
First, an owner portal with financial statements, occupancy and maintenance history, which makes the fee defensible. Second, tenant request handling with visible status, since unresolved requests are what produce vacancies. Third, service scope and fee structure published, because opacity here is why owners assume they are overpaying. Fourth, maintenance scheduling and contractor management, the work owners cannot do themselves and the real argument for hiring you.
