How subscribers choose a provider
Someone looking for internet service wants to know whether you serve their building, at what speed and price, and how soon it can be connected. A tariff table without a coverage check is useless, because most enquiries are from addresses that cannot be served, and each one occupies a call centre operator. Existing subscribers generate a second load: payments, balance questions, outage reports and speed complaints, all by phone.
What we build for an ISP
First, coverage checking by address with available speeds and connection timeframe, which removes the largest category of wasted enquiry. Second, tariff comparison with real terms, including what happens after any promotional period. Third, a subscriber portal with balance, payment, tariff changes and fault reporting, replacing most call centre volume. Fourth, outage notices by area with subscriptions, since an unexplained outage produces more calls than the fault itself.
