How farm output is actually sold
Most farms sell through the same two or three intermediaries every season and accept the price offered, not because the price is fair but because no alternative buyer can find them. Wholesalers, processors and exporters search online by crop, grade and monthly volume, and a farm that publishes none of that does not exist to them. Everything else lives in messenger threads that nobody can search a month later.
What we build for a farm
First, pages per crop and grade with calibre, packaging, volume per week and a season calendar — the specification a buyer needs before contacting anyone. Second, structured enquiry forms capturing volume, delivery basis and destination, so a quote happens once. Third, certificates and lab results published per batch instead of being emailed individually. Fourth, a direct sales channel for the part of the harvest that can go to shops and households at a better margin.
